Cancellations

Appointments are reserved just for you! When you do not give proper notice or no show, the stylist misses the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you contact us directly via phone call or text and give at least 48 hour notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. There will be a 50% of service cancellation fee for anyone who cancels their appointment within the 48 hours without rescheduling, and 100% of service cancellation fee for cancellation/no show the day of the appointment.

No shows/no call appointments will not be allowed to rebook without pre-payment of a deposit 

LATE ARRIVALS: Any guest late to an appointment may be subject to rescheduling the service and if you are so late that the service cannot be performed you will have to pay for the service in full.

By booking an appointment at Blonde-ish Salon, you are agreeing to these terms outlined and fully understand the policies.

Credit cards are required to secure all appointments.

 

Refunds

As always we want every client to be satisfied with their service! If in the event you are not satisfied with your service please let us know within one week via email at alyssa@blonde-ish.com (include pictures if possible) and we will try to meet your needs with a complimentary service. 

Refunds will not be given.

 

No Children 

We love children! But for the enjoyment of your service and the service of other guests, we ask that you do not bring any children to the salon to your appointment. If your childcare arrangements unexpectedly change, please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs the best way possible.
